Following the announcement of the vaccination passport by the government of Quebec, some services were temporarily modified to comply with the new government measures. We invite you to read carefully the various measures in place to maintain a healthy and safe environment for all.
The vaccination passport and proof of photo identity are required from 1 September 2021 to access the following spaces (13 years and +):
- Meeting rooms
All people travelling to Quebec will be required to present a vaccination passport or any other proof from their country or Canadian Province that they have received two doses of a recognized vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, which requires only one dose)
Mask requirement : mandatory at all times, except in the rooms. It must cover the mouth and the nose.
Common areas : The cleaning and disinfection of our public areas are accentuated and controlled. The hard surfaces and buttons of the elevators are regularly sanitized and the number of people per lift is limited.
Hand sanitizer : Disinfectant dispensers are installed in several places in our hotels.
Physical distancing : in general, it is necessary to keep a distance of 1 to 2 meters (3 to 6 feet) between you and the people around you.
Safe rooms : No one but you will enter your room for the durations of your stay, so you can rest assured that your room is safe. The maintenance of the room between nights, the renewal of your towels and welcome products are left to your discretion on request. A delay of 2 hours is to be expected for this service, which is between 8 am and 2 pm. Following the departure of guests, all rooms are cleaned in accordance with the cleaning protocol put in place.
